Description
The Nike SB Dunk Low Grateful Dead Bears Green is a collaboration between Nike Skateboarding and the iconic psychedelic rock band The Grateful Dead. The Grateful Dead Bears, a series of stylish dancing bears created by Bob Thomas on the back cover of the album History of the Grateful Dead, Volume One (Bear’s Choice) in 1973, inspired the graphic motif for this collaboration. The shoe comes in three hues and contains bear-inspired details like a faux-fur and suede top and a frayed Nike Swoosh that mimics the bears’ collars.
The Nike SB Dunk Low Grateful Dead Bears Green has a fuzzy green faux-fur upper with suede overlays and a jagged Swoosh to symbolize the bear’s chest fur styling. Inside the tongue is a concealed stash pocket that is ideal for extra storage. This ecstatic design is completed by a green midsole, a blue outsole, and a distinctive Grateful Dead logo on the tongue. The Steal Your Face skull, another iconic Grateful Dead logo, is printed on the bottom of the sockliner.
